Belt conveyor application filed:
1.the belt conveyor machine is the bond for continuous production between the production mechanical machines to realize the continuity and automation of the production link and improve the production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2 .The belt conveyor machine is widely used in the conveyance of bulk materials or piece articles and the production line in mine,metallurgy,chemistry, casting and building material industry and the production departments such as hydropower station construction site and port.
Belt conveyor principle:
Belt conveyor is composed by frame, belt, roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc.
1.The frame adopts high quality steel for connection, a certain angle inclined plane is formed because of the different heights of front and rear legs.
2.The machine frame is fixed by belt roller and carrying roller which are used to drive and support the conveying belt.
3.There are two driving ways: geared motor driving and electric roller driving.
4.According to the principle of friction transmission, belt conveyor can be used singly or multiply in order to satisfy different transport process.
5.It can be used together with other convey equipment to organize a horizontal or declining conveying system to meet different requirement.
