2. Steel Pipe Spiral Conveyor Line:
Function: Spirally conveying pipe
Device Description: The main bracket, the roller motor base and skateboards, roller wheel, drive motor and reducer, adjusting mechanism, etc. Main support material is welded by thick wall structural steel to ensure the stability of the transmission and meet the max requirements of bearing pipe transmission, the main support using special welding equipment with special welding platform to ensure the structure size standard and unified;
Structure: Conveyor equipment of production line is spiral conveyor unit and a v-shaped bearing and sharing steel structure. Spiral conveyor is consist of rack, hanging polyurethane solid core wheel, electric opening and closing mechanism, transmission wheel Angle adjustment mechanism, motor system, lifting mechanism, electrical control box.
