Construction:
Using high tesion fabric or steel cord as the belt reinforcement, and covered top and bottom with good quality abrasion resistant rubber compound. The belt gradually roll into type U and finally into type tubular  during operation, conveying materials under a hermitic condition.

SR-Oil resistant conveyor belts consist of special oil resistant  cover compounds, which provide great resistance against mild solvents and mineral oils. And the belts are used for conveying materials of forestry and recucling plants.

The carcass reinforcement has high tensile strength with impact resistance, and is bonded between layers of cushion rubber that provide excellent adhesion and load support. The belts provide good resistance to chemical penetration damage and optimum adhesion between the plies. 

SR-Oil Resistant belt covers are made with Nitrile (NB), Styrene Butadiene (SB) and Neoprene (CR) compounds with added fillers to provide maximum protection for the belt carcass from the penetration of grains,turpentine from bark wood chips and sap and mild mineral solvents. It also prevents the conveyor belt from swelling and softening when it comes in contact with greasy or mild oily materials, contributing to belt deterioration.
